Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Greet subscription at any time. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts or cancellation penalties. To cancel, please email us at [email protected] with your account details.

2. When Cancellations Take Effect

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service until that date. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months.

3. Refund Policy

Setup Fee

The one-time setup fee (starting at $499 CAD) is non-refundable. This fee covers the time and resources required to configure your account, custom scripts, emergency detection rules, and testing.

Monthly Subscription

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-month, you will retain access to the service until the end of your billing period, but no refund will be issued for unused days.

Unused Minutes

Unused receptionist minutes do not roll over to the next billing period and are non-refundable. Minutes reset at the start of each new billing cycle.

Overage Charges

Overage charges (for minutes exceeding your plan's included minutes) are non-refundable. You will be billed at $0.49/minute for any overage usage.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Service failure or outage lasting more than 48 consecutive hours
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Technical issues that prevent you from using the service (and cannot be resolved by our support team)

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis.

5. Account Suspension or Termination

If we suspend or terminate your account due to violations of our Terms of Service, no refunds will be issued. If we terminate the service for reasons unrelated to your conduct, we may provide a pro-rated refund at our discretion.

6. Data Retention After Cancellation

After cancellation, we will retain your call logs, recordings, and account data for up to 90 days. After that period, all data will be permanently deleted unless required by law. You may request an export of your data before cancellation.

7. Payment Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your payment provider (chargeback), we may immediately suspend your account pending resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (if eligible), please contact us with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Invoice or transaction number
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots of errors)

We will respond to refund requests within 5 business days.
