Greet is an AI-powered phone answering service for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical businesses. We answer calls, capture customer information, detect emergencies, and send you alerts.
Important: Greet is NOT an emergency service or a 911 replacement. We flag emergencies and send alerts, but we cannot dispatch help, contact emergency services, or guarantee immediate action. You are responsible for monitoring alerts and responding to emergencies.
To use Greet, you must:
Greet uses artificial intelligence (AI) to answer and transcribe calls. We rely on third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) to process voice and text.
All calls are recorded and transcribed for service delivery. By using Greet, you acknowledge that AI technology is not perfect and may occasionally misinterpret caller requests or miss details. You are responsible for verifying job details before dispatching technicians.
Setup Fee: A one-time setup fee starting at $499 CAD covers customization, training, and testing.
Monthly Plans:
Overage Charges: Additional minutes are billed at $0.49/minute.
All prices exclude applicable taxes (HST/GST/VAT). Billing is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime.
You can cancel anytime by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period.
Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding work begins. Monthly fees and unused minutes are also non-refundable. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
Greet is provided "as-is" without guarantees. We strive for reliability, but technology is not perfect. We are not liable for:
You are responsible for monitoring alerts, verifying job details, and ensuring appropriate responses to emergencies. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
By using Greet, you agree to:
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Greet at any time. We'll provide reasonable notice when possible, but we're not liable for changes or downtime.
All content, software, and features of Greet are owned by Greet / Byteworks. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Ontario.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of Greet after changes means you accept the updated terms.
