When a caller describes an urgent situation — a burst pipe, no
heat in winter, a gas smell, flooding, or a power outage — Greet's
emergency detection logic kicks in. It shifts into a focused
intake mode, gathers the key details, and immediately sends a text
message to your designated emergency contact number with the
caller's name, phone number, address, and issue description. You
decide whether to call back, dispatch a technician, or escalate
further. Greet does not contact 911 or dispatch services on your
behalf.
